Overname Peja Vietnam door RMA Thailand

In mei 2025 werd de overname van Peja (S.E.A.) B.V. aangekondigd door Comin Asia, Dochter van de RMA Group uit Thailand.  MFS heeft de eigenaar van Peja begeleid bij het zoeken naar een overname partij, de onderhandelingen over de intentieovereenkomst, het due diligence onderzoek en de onderhandelingen over de contract documentatie.

Peja Vietnam, established in 1992 with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, is a leading supplier of industrial machinery and technology solutions, specializing in the textile, agro-food, food processing, and infrastructure sectors. Peja represents a select group of global machinery manufacturers, offering high-performance equipment and services for weaving, textile finishing, agro- and food processing as well as the maritime and aviation industries.
